Parker Guzman - Undergraduate Student I am a third year undergraduate majoring in Evolution/Ecology Biology and minoring in Integrative Human Anthropology and Chemistry. I have been with the Clayton/Bush lab since Fall 2022 and have gained a more thorough understanding of parasitic relationship dynamics. This past semester I have worked with Kyle Davis on his graduate thesis involving social facilitation of grooming behavior in Rock Pigeons. Outside of the lab, I TA Biology labs, work with the Science Research Initiative for undergraduates, and help lead the main Campus branch of SACNAS (Society for the Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Stem). I also volunteer with Guadalupe Schools as an English as a Second Language instructor for adult immigrants. I enjoy the outdoors, especially climbing and I am a big fan of trying new local foods!
